Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Fetch application (the "Service") operated by BartLabs ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use License

Fetch is a desktop application. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to download and use the software on your personal devices.

3. Subscriptions

We offer a 15-day free trial and a one-time lifetime license. Subscription fees are detailed on the landing page and are subject to change.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". BartLabs shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

You are responsible for your files. We heavily recommend verifying operations with the "Preview" feature before executing bulk moves or copies.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
