Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Fetch application (the "Service") operated by BartLabs ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fetch is a desktop application that helps users organize files by matching them against a reference list or folder. The Service allows users to copy or move files based on filename matching criteria.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers the following subscription options:

• Free Trial: 15-day free trial with full access to features
• Lifetime Plan: One-time payment of Rs.1699 for perpetual access

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not use the Service to process files you do not have the right to access or modify
• Maintain backups of your important files before using the Service
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service
• Not use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BARTLABS BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from file operations performed by the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Data and File Operations

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service performs file operations (copy/move) based on your instructions
• You are solely responsible for verifying the correctness of file operations
• You should use the Preview feature before executing operations
• While the Service includes an Undo feature, it may not be able to reverse all operations
• We strongly recommend maintaining backups before using the Service

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BartLabs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
